This issue is resolved in the latest source code available form svn, but
it hasn't been built into a linux installer package recently. I'll build
one ASAP =).

BUG REPORT

CPU/RAM/Operating System: 3.2 ghz 1gb rdram, XP
Hard Drive Space: 80gb
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: nvidia GLX
Version of GTKRadiant: 1.5.0 - your most recent release

Error:
You cannot compile quake2 maps. It keeps trying to find q2map.exe file.
Which does not exist anywhere on the system. Also when you try to change
the compile options via the gui. It will not accept changes. 

Cause of Error:
Try to compile a simple quake2 map
