CPU/RAM/Operating System: AMD Athlon 64 3000+/1024MB/Windows XP
Hard Drive Space: 160GB
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: NVidia GeForce 6600
Version of GTKRadiant: 1.5.0

Error:
The light entities are not written to the entity section of the BSP

Cause of Error:
add any light to a map, generate the BSP, look in the BSP file for 
{
"classname" "worldspawn"
}
and the other entities, and you will see that there is never a
{
"classname" "light"
etc.
}
