[Gtkradiant] [Bug 934] keyboard shortcuts don't work if groupdialog or other dialog is in foreground

This is the intended behaviour. While an inspector is focussed, keyboard input 
goes to the focussed widget of that inspector. eg. pressing '2' will type '2' 
in the entry box, rather than activating the "set grid 2" shortcut.
