[Gtkradiant] pk3 files

I did a number of tests, and it's not a specific PK3 file, nor is it a 
specific number of PK3 files. I was able to get it to crash/not crash by 
adding/removing different PK3 files.

I assume it must be some limit of files *inside* PK3 files that's being 
breached?

For example, it happened on the 113th PK3 file, and then with some 
redistribution, the 76th PK3.

Incidentally, it would always crash at open, so just launch GtkRadiant 
after moving PK3 files in/out of baseq3 and it'll happen.
