The shortcut list does not save its size or position.  Not only does this 
happen when closing and reopening the program, but it doesn't save the size or 
position for the current session, either.  This is particularly frustrating 
considering the default size is too narrow to even read the first entry.  Using 
latest nightly build Mar 15, 2004.
