The DownFloor and UpFloor functions do not work, whether using the keyboard 
pageup/pagedown, or by going to the menu View-->Camera-->Up/Down Floor.  There 
is no perceptible change no matter what the camera's distance from the brush is 
on the Z-axis, whether above or below the brush.  Using the latest 1.5.0 
nightly build Mar 15, 2004.
