The textool plugin isn't installed with 1.4.0 and set up for Jedi Academy
editing. I looked in the changelog to see if I could find a reason that it's
supposed to be missing, but couldn't find any. I pulled down the latest source
code and noticed that the textool code is still there under the plugins
directory... :-/
