Slow FramRate bug in GTKRadiant 1.4.0-ravengames. With XP and AtiRadeon8500 the 
GTKRadiant 1.4.0 have produced very poor framrate (1fps or slower).

In GTKRadiant 1.2.13 (don't have JK-JA suport) with newer Ati drivers, it can't 
display correctly, the textures will be a small point and all except 
the "cures, matrixes", but the framerate is very good!

Here is my configuration exactly:
PIII 800MHz
512MB 133MHz-RAM
Ati Radeon 8500 with wxp-w2k-catalyst-8-01-040421a-015419c driver
