BUG REPORT

CPU/RAM/Operating System: i have a gateway Eseriese running windows xp pro
Hard Drive Space: i dont know
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: i dont know
Version of GTKRadiant: GtkRadiant-1.2.13-update

Error:
the problem is with the 3d window when i make a map or even a box it shows up in the 3d window but if i zoom in or move it at all in a way thet parts of the box or building/wall i have made tucth the sides of the 3dwindow the entire wall thet is tucthing the 3d window goes wire frame like 

Cause of Error:
i have tried re installing 1 or 2000 times to fix the problem but it keeps happning the same problem is happing on my friends computer he is running windows xp pro as well idk what to do please help Nick perry
