When a model is placed in the editor and you select it and hit flush/reload it 
doesn't reload the model.  Even if I delete that model and replace it 
manually, it still doesn't update to the latest model.  The only way it 
updates to the new model is if I close GTKR down and restart, then the new 
model will be loaded.  (Only tested on .lwo models)
