[Gtkradiant] PNG Support?

Hi, I'm Dr_Ompaa from the OpenOutcast Project (http://ocmod.sourceforge.net)
We want to use GTKRadiant as mapping tool but we also want to use PNG for textures in general,
so here's my question:

How can I activate PNG Support in GTKRadiant (Windows and Linux)?
