Workaround:
remove all international characters from your %appdata% path, and from
all pk3/pk4 files (or any file that radiant prints the same of in the
console:

eg: C:/Documents and Settings/Administrat=F6r/Application Data/

GTK does not yet handle international characters like '=F6'
