Current status on GtkRadiant OSX:

Anders Gudmundson has been doing great work bringing the OSX port back 
up to date. The work on the OSX port is tracked on bug #826:

At this point, you have to recompile everything and run the generated 
installer. This is still intended for developers and we haven't put 
stuff together to make it easier for end user. We plan to have an OSX 
setup when we release next version for win32 and Linux. But since it 
will require fink unstable, it will still be pretty heavy on the end user.
