great job so far!

a short update on the status:
pak and wall are checked in, nothing code-wise that would be a problem

- win32 needs to be updated to compile and install the new modules, including
rename of mapq3 into map.

- mapq2 needs to be reworked, I've checked in the hooks so it's not a seperate
module, but it running inside the common map.so module. the parse/write needs to
be written there.

- I also checked in misc updates related to q2 support, such as md2 in picomodel

- the surface inspector patch is the big piece, I'm looking at it in bug 856

- that new chunk of code will require a bit of setup work, including new synapse
for all games. still a lot of work ahead before we can release this
