This bug occurs with the Gtkradiant 1.3.7 binary release for OS X that was made available on 
qeradiant.com in April 2003. It does not happen if you compile your own Radiant using the 
gtkglext1-1.0.0 or 1.0.2 library from the unstable branch of Fink (cf. bug 813). I think the bug can 
be closed... but would it be possible for someone to make a new binary release for OS X?
