Should be all resolved now, could use some testing on systems other than my own.

Current implementation is only for Win32, if someone has access to a X11 and/or 
OSX multihead system and could enable the code for those OS's then feedback 
would be welcome. (I should be able to do OSX soon myself.)

This is not a proper multihead implementation though. GDK has a whole set of 
functions marked as not-multihead safe that radiant is using all over the 
place. We should try to stay away from those and start to use multihead safe 
ones. (This goes for all operating systems.)
