Certain keyboard shortcuts seem to stop working after a while in 1.3.12, 
specifically, Ctrl-Tab to change views and using the top row of number keys to 
change the grid size. You can still use icons/menus to access the functions. 
Other shortcuts seem to be unaffected.




I'll see if I can come up with a more easily reproducible case, but I haven't 
noticed anything specific that might be triggering it. I has this a couple of 
times yesterday and found that restarting Radiant stopped the problem, but today 
I had to restart windows before it would work properly again.
