I did not realize how much the tools in Q2 pack were broken. There is no install
strategy atm. It's merely a hack.

I haven't tried to actually compile a map with the win32 RC1 build, but I doubt
it would work at all.

I understand that the tools for Q2 need to be installed below a Quake2
directory. This is probably the main thing that would need fixing.

We use a single .proj file that should work for all OSes (easier to maintain).
The current one very likely needs to be fixed up.

On Linux, gonna use an install-q2/ directory that should point to the q2 install
for the tools. On win32 the core happens to be below the game directory, but
that's not true elsewhere.
