CPU/RAM/Operating System: Dual Xeon 2GHz, 512 MB DDR, WinXP Pro
Hard Drive Space: approx 3 GB
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: nVidia Quadro4 900 XGL with drvier version 4.25.00.27.05
Version of GTKRadiant: 1.3.11 with ET support

Error:
Using the "plus" and "minus" keys no longers works to move the selected object up or down.

Cause of Error:
1. Select object
2. Hit "plus"
3. Hit "minus"
4. Pound head
