fixes centering and other position bugs for single monitor

Heres a patch that fixes window position saving if g_PrefsDlg.m_bStartOnPrimMon
is not set. I don't have a multi monitor system, so I'm not going to mess with
the other case. As is, if m_bStartOnPrimMon is set, it doesn't work right on a
single monitor system.
