Fixed by setting alpha to 255 (ignoring input alpha, which is garbage data) in
j_putRGBAScanline() in jpeg.cpp.

This fix allows JPEG images to work properly with qer_trans and doesn't bork Q3Map2.

Need to overhaul image loading in general...
