[Gtkradiant] GTKRadiant Bug Report

.prt is a side effect of building a .bsp. It should also be writing out 
a .bsp. If it does not, read carefully q3map2's output to identify the 
problem.

.prt are portal files, and can be used by GenSurf to optmize the map's 
portal placement
