What video drivers and what video card?

Personally I don't think it's a good idea to be moving them around like that
while it's trying to initialize OpenGL on your system :)

If you're using ATi's Hydravision or NVidia's NView they have a way to set which
monitor applications start on.

Radiant may have an option buried somewhere for this too, can't remember.
