CPU/RAM/Operating System: amd athlon xp 1800, 1gb ddr 2400 ram, windows xp home
Hard Drive Space: 100gb
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: geforce2 mx 400
Version of GTKRadiant: 1.3.6

Error:
when i try to open gtk, an error comes up saying, failed to load project file, and it says it cannot load without it.

Cause of Error:
opened up gtk radiant 1.3.6
