BUG REPORT

CPU/RAM/Operating System: 450 intel 256 / windows me
Hard Drive Space: about 1 gig.
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: ati rage pro 128
Version of GTKRadiant: 1.2.11

Error:
trying to update to 1.2.12 but the installshield locks me out with a 'cannot read from specified device' error mid installation.  i've tried it a few different ways... nothing.

Cause of Error:
ummm... installing
