template setup file - SoF2 Media Upgrade.fgl

This CVS file group (1_2_10 SOF2 Media Upgrade.fgl) does in fact point to JK2
quakev3.qe4.

It's fixed now.

I also replaces the JK2 info in the comments of the SoF2 project file so as to
avoid further confusion.
