What version of Radiant are you using?

In 1.2.xx, there is no quakev4.qe4 for SoF2. At the time that the pack was 
created, GtkRadiant was using sof2bsp as we didn't have any of the code from 
Raven.

The screenshot you submitted shows q3map2???

Stick with quakev3.qe4 or hack quakev4.qe4 if you want to use q3map2, which I 
believe supports SoF2.
