ID_SELECTION_SEPERATE is not hooked up

exists and works in version 1.2 (Select_Seperate), not present in 1.3 (failed
merge? function renamed?)

can this be done with calls to Select_MergeEntity ? (worldspawn as target)

Make sure you do empty entities destruction anyway if you remove all brushes
from them. Also test multiple entities merged into ws, not just one
