You should blame microsoft for it.
Actually this is the first list in my whole life, where users force
others to change a behaviour just because of microsoft beeing too stupid
to read RFC2440.
So the one to blame is outlook/microsoft. Most other Mailers recognize
this format, like evolution, opera, mozilla, thebat, pegasus etc.
