Status update:

- Linux 1.3 installer based on the new setup code was released
(symlink and License prompt are working, README didn't ?)

- In the long run we'd want a single installer file for both OSX/Linux versions.
In theory loki_setup can handle that, and the binary size is always small vs the
media size.

But for now, created a branch 'bug750' out of trunk, and started setting up an
OSX specific installer build. ./cons -- setup on bug750 branch generates a
complete OSX setup in /tmp.

NEED TESTING:
generate setup, run it, see where it leads you
possibly, the setup.gtk provided for OSX in branch bug750 isn't very ABI
compatible. I don't know why. It was built against fink's Gtk+ packages.
