[Gtkradiant] GtkRadiant 1.2.12 available, GtkRadiant 1.3 experimental setup for Linux available

Just a quick word to let everyone know we have released an update to
GtkRadiant, version 1.2.12

Some tweaking, a few updates to the Soldier of Fortune II, Jedi Knight II:
Jedi Outcast and Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force support, and a new version
of q3map2 (2.3.38). See http://www.qeradiant.com for all details and download

There is also a GtkRadiant 1.3 setup for Linux. That's an experimental
build of our next major version. More details on the website too.
