modified setup.py, setup.xml.in

Here are some modified files that may prove useful when 1.4 is released for mac
OS X. Someone who understands the syntax of an xml.in file may want to give
that file a good once over since I made additions by following the structure of
other entries and as such had to make a few guesses. Hopefully someone else may
find these useful; I don't even know where to plug 'em in : )
