Yes, that mostly involves building a new .info and tarball from the 1.4
branch ( which lives in branches/1.4 below each SVN module directory at
https://zerowing.idsoftware.com:666/radiant/ )

There are some OSX-related bugs that would need fixing as well. Query
bugzilla for Mac OS X bugs ( http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/bugzilla/ ).
In particular there is bug 920:

Which is required to make this release work on panther

I have created another bug item detailing the tasks to provide packs for
JKII and JA:

That's about it. If you start working on this, attach patches to the bug
report or provide .info and tarball candidates .. I'll test and review it
on my build machine, etc.
