[Gtkradiant] [Bug 962] Installing 1.4.0-RC2 and then uninstalling 1.3.13 messes with 1.4.0

The default 1.4 settings will install to Program Files\GtkRadiant-1.4, and all
the game packs to Radiant-1.4. 1.3 does the equivalent, to -1.3 directories.
There is no overlapping in registry usage, as neither use the registry to store
anything.

To sum up, I don't see how something like that could be happening. With lack of
further information, will close as worksforme.
