[Gtkradiant] Compiling GTKRadiant 1.4 using STLport-5.0-1031

why not use the preconfigured version at
http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/STLPort/
?

1.4 requires stlport to be configured to import everything into the =
global namespace (not using std::).
This can be done by editing the #defines in one of the stlport =
user_config or site_config headers.

Afaik we're using STLport 4.6 for Win32.
