latest stlport is 4.6 (we use 4.5.3 i think)
I'm using this on vc 7.1 (.net 2003) with no problems.
Rumour has it that the .net stl is still buggier and slower than stlport, 
although it's much more complete than previous versions. I haven't tested this 
myself, so it may not be reliable information.
