[Gtkradiant] [Bug 854] New: copy, paste, clone do not work

After selecting a brush, ctrl-c then ctrl-v do nothing, even if i deselect the
brush in between. (ctrl-v deselects the brush if its still selected)

space to clone deselects the current brush but does not create a new one.

Selecting the menu items does not work either.

nothing appears in the console window for any of this.

when I chose undo after doing one of these, a message in the console says "clone
undone." or "paste undone." so I know the program is receiving these commands.

I know the new object isn't hidden anywhere because if I delete the original
brush then the there are no textures cached in the texture window.
