All the system textures are missing basically

The JK2 setup has a mapextras.pk3 with those textures (JK2Pack/mapextras.pk3).
Should this actually be distributed with the SoF2 setup also, or is SoF2
supposed to use a different set?

Anyway as a quick solution till we are able to release an updated setup, I'd
recommend downloading the JK2 file and using it in SoF2 (i.e. put it next to
radiant.pk3 in your directory):
