Updated Patch against current CVS Trunk

I've attached an updated patch, which adds it to the Construct files and
properly handles the additional synapse requirement.

The module does load after adding it to synapose.config for current CVS branch.
However, it unloads a little bit later because it's considered "uneeded"
according to the radiant.log, just like the imagehl module, etc.
