Why not have checkboxes for each compile option?  It would reduce the number of
items usually and make it more customizable for the user.

The user would simply turn on/off various checkboxes in the bsp menu, then
choose Compile from the bsp menu.

Or this could be a toolbar of some kind with drop-down choices for each of the
stages available in the current game (bsp/vis/light or similar).
