Version of GTKRadiant: V3

Error:
This message when i will start a Test by Radiant:
Failed to Execute the following Command: "c:/quake3/Radiant-1.3/q3map" -connect 127.0.0.1:39000 -fs_basepath"c:/quake3/" "C:/quake3/baseq3/maps/test.map" Check that the file exists and that you dont`t run out of system resources

Cause of Error:
The new version! The older version has no problems at start but the water effects in the map are not water !
