tried a bunch of combos on win2k

it happens in 4-view split mode, with the floating window displayed, and the
console tab active (if some other tab is active, nothing happens)

when you minimize the main view in split mode, the floating window stays raised
then you can't recall the main view, it calls the floating window only
you have to kill the floating window and maximize after to get back to the main
window

what we could do is forcing closure of the floating window when radiant gets
minimized in slit view mode. this should solve the problem
