applied the patch
cleaned up a few things, took out #define _S3COMPRESSION (why would this be needed)
on Linux / gf3, it saw all the COMPRESSED_ARB DXTC 1 3 5

It's still a bit annoying that we don't have an ordering by compression rate.
Makes sense since DXTC 1 3 5 differ in compression rate and also in quality
we would just have to put this in the readme
