[Gtkradiant] 1.2.11 release plans

The quality slider is just for rendering quality atm, it would have an
impact on rendering speed, but not on memory usage. Having the quality
slider tied to memory usage is something that we have been sort of
planning.
We'll have to run the same tests with a 1.2.11 release build. For accuracy
it's better to have the same machine do both 1.2.10 runs and 1.2.11
