heh you seem pretty motivated to force this in
the main thing we'd need is a patch to the IS setup now

it is not the right time to patch the IS setup because it doesn't live well
through conflicts, and we are going to tweak it post 1.2.11 release to add a
bunch more skeletons.

the main question is: why do you want this in GtkRadiant setup, can't you build
a standalone installer for it?
