[Gtkradiant] wiki faq

The old faq has been replaced. We are officially using the wiki faq now.

A few things:

- there may be some links on the website still pointing to old faq. Please
report if you find any.

- the old faq is archived and still available (see the root page of the
wikifaq)

- wrote some mod_rewrite code to catch links pointing to the old faq.
Showing an error page, pointing to the new faq, and to the archive. There
is a table in the SQL database to match old items to new ones
(retired-fom).

- I have locked some of the important pages, but overall this is much less
controlled than the fom was. We'll see how it turns out. I hear new
versions (1.3) have much better permissions support. I'd like to at least
require email registration before modif and get some logs of the changes.
But migrating to 1.3 is not straightforward .. so this is still an open
issue.
