hitting the X to close view windows sometimes works, sometimes not. when the x 
does not work, neither do the shortcut keys to toggle the views.

the BIG X, to close radiant: sometimes doesn't work.
either file\exit, or ctrl-x, is needed to close radiant. both work.

probably not recreatable, but it recreates itself every once in a while anyway.

this has been this way for a long time, it's not 1.2.9 specific. (i think i saw 
it in 1.1.1?)
