[Gtkradiant] [Bug 545] New: Menu state indicators don't work

Select Textures/Show All, then Textures/Show In Use then Textures/Show All.  

The state indicator is left on Show In Use, when it's actually showing ALL 
textures.

Various other combinations can achieve similarly odd results.

Also the state indicator for View/Entities As/... always defaults to "Bounding 
box" after a radiant restart, even though the actual setting is remembered 
correctly. (Though I think I remember reading something about this before, but 
a bugzilla search didn't come up with anything).
