this seems redundant with an effective grouping scheme, whatever it may wind up 
being. in the short term tho, some kind of unhide addition would help. 

Perhaps 'inverting' the hidden brushes. Invert hidden >> hide the brush you 
want >> re-invert. Leaving selected would help too, i suppose. Knowing me, i'd 
always accidentally unselect everything. Kinda kludgey, but i guess itd do the 
trick.
