[Gtkradiant] STV

[Ryan Lahaie-Cohen]

The build works just like my original... Is good at first site... starts up,
loads map, compiles map, map is good, map is our friend.

I'll test a bit deeper tomorow, but the build appears to be the same as I
had done here at home.
